Escape to Sabah – 25/09/2011-28/09/2011

Our next trip after Langkawi Island is Sabah. For this trip, me and my wife went there together with our 1 month 27 days daughter Raisya Nur Eishal, my mother Rogayah Siron, my sister Rohana Man, my brother Rahim Man and my sister in law Zalifah. We went there for 4D3N. We depart from Kuala Lumpur around 8.00am and arrived at 10.30am.

Holiday to Sabah

Day 1 - Upon arrival, we were fetched by the travel agent at KK airport and he sent us to Marina Court Condominium. It’s was a nice condominium opposite the sea. After lunch we proceed to Pekan Filipina (pusat kraftangan Kota Kinabalu) it’s nearby our Condominium. It’s a place for pearl shopping heaven..Hehehehe...

Day 2 – Woke up around 6.00am. Prepared our-self and then proceed to restaurant for breakfast. And then around 8.00pm travel agent fetch us at condominium and we then proceed to Poring Hot Springs as for our 1^st destination for day 2. It’s took almost 4 hours to reach Poring Hot Springs but its worth it because the view is amazing along the road. While on the way we stopped at pusat kraftangan to buy some souvenirs. Around 12.00 noon we arrived at Poring Hot Springs. Beside Hot Springs, there are several recreational attractions in this area such as Butterfly Park, Canopy Walkway, Kipungit Waterfall, Bate Cave and Langanan Waterfall. As for us we just went for Poring Hot Springs took couple of minute to soak our feet in the hot spring, relax our self with the nature surrounding.

After that we proceed to Kinabalu Park. It took around 30 minutes to reach the park from the Poring Hot Springs. The whether at the Kinabalu Park is quite cold as it located at the Mount Kinabalu foot. The air is refreshing and the nature surrounding is magnificent and spectacular. We also visited The Kinabalu Natural History Gallery. It is a great place to familiarize with what the Park has to offer to through a fascinating exhibition on the flora, fauna and geological make-up of the Park. Around 5.00 pm we were ready to departure back to our condominium. As for this its only took around 2 ½ hours to reach our condominium. It’s a very tired day as the place of interest from one place to one place at Sabah is quite far from each others. Oh yes, when we are back to our condominium our sister, brother and sister in law drop by at Pasar Basah Kota Kinabalu near by our condominium to buy seafood such as prawn, lobstar etc. for our dinner. As for that night we just rest, relax and recharge our energy for the next day journey..yeahhhhhh!!!!

Family vacation

Day 3 - Woke up around 6.00am. Prepared our-self and then proceed to restaurant for breakfast. And then around 8.00pm travel agent fetch us at condominium and we then proceed to Marine Park at University Malaysia Sabah (USM). Unfortunately it was close due to renovation progress. Took several snap at Counselor Park USM and then proceed to Tangjung Aru for sight seeing. Upon arrival, the storm hit the beach and the wind blown strong. We took shelter at the food court for couple of hours and then proceed back to our condominium. When night fallen; me, my wife, my brother and my sister in law when to the night market to see what they offered there. Most of the products at their night market are pearl. Me and my wife went to CentrePointSabah to buy few things for our baby Raisya Nur Eishal.

Day 4 - Woke up around 6.00am. Prepared our-self and then proceed to restaurant for breakfast. And then me, my wife, my brother and my sister in law went for beach activities. As for my sister and my mother, they didn’t join us. They stayed at condominium and took care of our baby Raisya Nur Eishal. Thanks big sis and mother : ).  For our beach activities, we paid RM160 for Manukan and Mamutik island packages. As we arrived at the island, the beach is beautiful and happening but the sea wave is quite strong and the water is a bit cloudy resulted from sea storm a day before. A bit frustrated for us.  Around 12.00noon we are back to our condominium. Pack our things for check out and get ready back to KL. We are departure fom KK around 4.00pm and touch down at KL at 6.30pm.

Born of our princess – Raisya Nur Eishal

Good days and good news. Hehehehe. When our marriage age reaches almost 1 year, we are blessed with baby girl. Our daughter born on 30/07/2011 (Saturday) on 3.30am at Segamat Hospital, Johor Darul Takzim. We named our daughter as Raisya Nur Eishal (Raisya Cahaya Bunga Syurga).

For my wife, she was discharged from hospital after 3 days stayed. Then we proceed to my wife’s home town; Felda Maokil Segamat Johor Darul Takzim for confinement period. During that period I always shuttled from KL-Segamat to see my wife and my newborn daughter.  For my baby sayang, Raisya Nur Eishal, welcome to the world. Both your mother and your father will always love you till the end of our life.  

During our last trip to Langkawi Island, my wife was pregnant for 5 months.

Escape to Langkawi - 28.03.2011 - 31.03.2011

Holiday oh holiday. The best way to escape from stress is holiday. Rest your mind and your body as well. Take a deep breath of fresh ocean air and release its slowly.  Fell it, love it and enjoy it. : )

So for this trip me and my wife went to Langkawi for 4D3N. We departed at 12.00 noon and touch down around 1.00pm. After that we rent a car from May Star Holiday (M) Sdn Bhd. We rented Vios (A) for 4 days and the cost only RM270.00+RM50.00 deposit = RM320.00. They will gave a free Langkawi map when you rent a car. The condition is superb.Then we proceed to Bella Vista Hotel for check-in. We booked for deluxe sea view room. The cost for 4D3N is RM420.00 (government rate). The hotel located at Pekan Kuah area. So its easy for us for shopping.

1st day - After check-in we went to Eagle Square for lunch. After lunch we planned to snap several picture at Eagle Square but unfortunately its was raining. Then we went to Langkawi Fair Shopping Mall for sight seeing and compared products price. Yes its cheaper then KL price; duty free price but still its not the best. We have to survey and compared several shop before we do shopping on the next day. Its still raining until night fall. So we decide to stay at hotel and recharge our energy for the next day. 

2nd day - Woke up at 6.45am. Its still raining. Prepared our-self then proceed to restaurant for breakfast. And then we proceed to Pekan Kuah area for shopping. After shopping we round the island for sight seeing (Its still heavy raining).  So most of the time for 2nd day we spent on shopping.

3rd day - Woke up at 6.45am. Its still raining. Prepared our-self then proceed to restaurant for breakfast.We spent our time in hotel until around 11.30am. The rain stopped around 11.00am and we prepared our-self then proceed to visit Underwater World, Beras Terbakar, Makam Mahsuri and Eagle Square.

4th day a.k.a final days. - Woke up at 6.45am. Prepared our-self then proceed to restaurant for breakfast and then we went to Langkawi cable car. Normal price for adult is RM30.00 but if you show your Malaysian ID you can get half price@RM15.00. After that we went to Cenang Beach for sight seeing. Its quite nice beach with white sands. Lots of beach activities over there. But for swimming its better go to Tengkorak Breach (as suggested by the travel agent). My recommendation if you are up to mangrove, island hopping or snorkeling at payar island activities just go straight to the Cenang Beach area. The price is cheaper then what the travel agent offers. Around 2.00pm we proceed to Langkawi airport. We hand over the car and received back our deposit RM50.00 on time we gave the car key to their staff. We stayed more then 3 days so there are no duty taxes charges on us. Huhuhu..Loikee

Welcome 2011..Good bye 2010

2011 datang dan 2010 pergi dengan seribu kenangan. Kenangan yang dijadikan pengalaman dan pengalaman dijadikan pengajaran. Itulah erti sesebuah kehidupan. Tahun lepas aku selamat diijab-kabulkan dengan Nor Afizah Mafrodi. Tarikh bernikah - 27/02/2010, bersanding belah perempuan 28/02/2010 dan bersanding belah lelaki 07/03/2010. Alhamdulillah semuanya berjalan lancar.

Pakaian pengantin ni kami sewa kt Butik Udaimatunnur@ Butik Syahirah, Bukit Beruntung.

Pastu dalam bulan 4, kami dan kengkawan yg lain gi bermandi-manda di Port Dickson. Kami stay kt Permaisuri Resort 2H1M. Agak besar apartment; ada 3 bilik tido, 2 bilik mandi (termasuk yg dlm masterbedroom). View apartment kami mengadap pantai. Permaisuri resort tu ada pelbagai facilities antaranya swimming pool yg menarik. Cume pantainya tidak seberapa sesuai utk aktiviti mandi manda. Untuk aktiviti mandi manda disarankan utk ke blue lagoon yg jaraknya cume dlm 1km dari permaisuri resort.
